Thank you for shopping with Sassy Assy Swimwear! We want you to know how grateful we are for you shopping with us online. We take great pride in our reputation for quality, excellence and value...and we guarantee you will be satisfied. If for some reason you are not in love with your swimwear, or the size doesn't fit, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 15 days of purchase.

  • Bikini must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery …No exceptions.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

In the interests of hygiene, please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. We may refuse any items where it is clear that this hasn’t been done. All returned items must be returned in original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with hygenic liner and all labels attached. Items found to be wadded up, mishandled, abused, laundered, and/or soiled in any fashion will immediately be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. All claims are forfeited by the purchaser if it is determined that the request was not compliant with our policy.

We strongly recommend getting a tracking number for your shipment to ensure delivery. Without tracking, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any refund or exchange will be issued in the case of lost or undelivered packages.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return in our processing center. Any shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your credit. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment, if you paid by credit card it will go back to the same card used on the initial purchase (no exceptions). Your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

International customers also note that some country's may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. These charges are not refundable you pay these charges and you will have to deal with customs to get a refund.
